At the beginning of this new age, the developments and innovations in economic and social life are also the beginning of a process in which a new, strong and creative human model will emerge. While science and technology are developing rapidly, human beings are being endowed with bionic abilities that enable them to keep pace with them, to be active, to see the future, to know and express themselves, and to make the most of the possibilities offered by the environment and technology. For these reasons, our company, which focuses on human and artificial intelligence, took its first step towards commercialization in 2015 with the business idea for which it won the second prize in the Tübitak 2238 College Entrepreneurship Program. At the end of the two-year training and development process between İTUe Çekirdek entrepreneurs, we officially entered the business world by benefiting from the Tuebitak 1512 funding program. With the capital support provided, New Senses was founded by Oğuzhan AYDEMİR in 2017. With our work focused on artificial intelligence, we were able to receive 5 national and 2 international awards. We continue our activities in 3 continents by maintaining the enthusiasm of the first day. With the agreement we signed with New Ainalyze Inc (USA), Altered Future OUe (AB), we continue our activities worldwide from March 2022.

Ainalyze was developed by converting phonation, cough, and breath sounds from more than 300 thousand patients into spectrogram graphics in png format by subtracting Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC). The sounds converted to image format are classified using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), one of the deep learning artificial intelligence algorithms. Again, each sound obtained was classified by a Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), one of the deep learning algorithms of artificial intelligence, in a certain frequency range. By determining the mathematical overlap ratios of the two data, we ensured that the correct result was obtained. Our goal is to use artificial intelligence-assisted biosensors as a new, easy-to-use testing method in general clinical and lung cancer diagnosis, to manufacture devices using this logic, and to accelerate the treatment process by facilitating the diagnosis of lung cancer. Ainalyze will be able to immediately create a specific scoring for lung cancer by analyzing the defined data with artificial intelligence. In this way, the screening physician will be able to diagnose the disease both earlier and in less time. To fulfill the purposes described above, the frequency differences are evaluated in the alveolar air using the numerical response method included in the software. The mathematical data obtained in this way are converted into reference data for arterial blood gas values using the confirmatory artificial intelligence software embedded in our server. The basis of the mathematical formula for these values is the Henderson-Hasselbalch equation and the equation: [(LDH) X (pCO2)] / [(HCO3) X (pO2)] < < (Hgb). In addition to diagnosing 71 types of disease, we can analyze blood values such as oxygen saturation, LDH, and glucose with 91% accuracy. Moreover, Ainalyze diagnoses the diseases it contains at up to 95% lower cost. For example, while the cost of a biopsy for lung cancer is TL 3,000.00, Ainalyze performs this procedure for TL 25.

Ainalyze was developed with the support of TÜBİTAK Teydeb 1507 KAGM and was included in the KOSGEB Techno-Investment Program after receiving the Project Success Certificate. In the process, with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Technology and at the personal request of our Minister Mustafa VARANK, it was installed in the Presidential Complex in the form of an Ainalyze kiosk.

Telemedicine is not yet systematically and widely used in Turkey. There are a few centers that have started telemedicine applications, especially the transmission of radiological images. There is also a telemedicine application initiated by Gazi College Faculty of Medicine, Department of Child Health and Diseases. Over telephone lines, images can only be transmitted by hiding and sending. Therefore, special transmission media such as DSL and fiber optic cables must be used to transmit live images, adding additional costs to the project. Ainalyze strives to change the understanding of telemedicine through its numerous clinical approvals for 71 diseases and 14 blood values. The market is new in Turkey, but offers favorable conditions to be a pioneer. This intention has long been evident in the development plans and strategies to transform the healthcare system. As a result of these plans, the "REGULATION ON THE PROVISION OF REMOTE HEALTH SERVICES" was published in the Official Gazette on February 10, 2022. With this legislation, the telemedicine market in Turkey has also gained momentum. The preventive telemedicine service is focused on diagnosing identifiable skin diseases in the global market. An American company serves its 38 million subscribers. In addition to visual identification, Ainalyze can diagnose dozens of diseases with a high validation rate using audio data. In an effort to lead the way, our dissemination efforts are currently underway on 3 continents. In addition, we have obtained the first level documents CE 93/42 and ISO 13485 for our product. On the other hand, according to the report "Telemedicine Market Share, Size and Industry Analysis" published by Fortune Business Insights, the telemedicine market is expected to reach $185.66 billion by 2026. Ainalyze can be used on all IOS and Android devices in Turkey, the US, and the EU, and is currently being used in kiosk format at the Presidential Complex, Elit Istanbul Medical Center, Hisar Schools, and three state hospitals with the approval of the Provincial Health Directorate. Ainalyze takes the form of a mobile application that anyone can install on their cell phones. Thus, it can be used by anyone who follows the instructions. In the hospitals, users are assisted by one of our staff members. Ainalyze can also be used with a separate equipment that includes a microscope and a stethoscope. We refer to this equipment as a microscope. Dr. Sense, which we believe will be a toolkit, is in the form of a smart watch and monitors your health data instantly. At the beginning of the age of metaverse, it is important to diagnose voices in the digital environment. Soon we will provide health services in virtual universes as well. We expect that personal use of Dr. Sense and Microscope Module will become widespread over time
